ultrasound, safe and sound..for now

had an ultrasound last monday for my every-six-month check up to make sure more cysts aren't growing. all clear for now. sadly, though, i've been having the WORST period cramps i can remember in recent times. yesterday was a nightmare. i felt awful.
sarah and i made dinner, and her new girl that she's dating Kat came over.
i've gotten started on One Tree Hill series. currently on season two. i'm not sure how i like it. haven't watched enough to make an assessment, but i'm keeping up with it so i guess that means i don't hate it. i just never really like WB shows because they're too preachy, so far this one's been ok with that. 90210 started back up again, so has Nip/Tuck but i still haven't watched the season premiere yet. saw the first five minutes and i can't wait to watch, its just that i've been sucked into One tree hill.

Will's band is having a show tonight and the weather is super shitty once again. Shannon and Alicia were planning on coming out. i made them promise that if the weather continues this way they shouldn't come. i don't want them having a problem or getting their car stuck here once they're here. plus if they come then they're staying overnight, which normally would be ok, its just that then i won't get to go to the afterparty probably cause they won't really enjoy it and then i won't be able to sleep over at Will's and sleep in with him in the morning- one of my favorite things to do.

I'm cold but our gas bill was really high this past time so i've made the thermostat stay at 67. before it would set itself at 70, which is way too high. my room gets boiling when its at that temperature. and i really like having all 5 of my blankets on my bed to make myself a little cocoon at night so i don't mind being cold when i go to bed... but just sitting around in the living room sucks. especially cause our window is still stuck. even with the towels i stuffed in the crack, the heat goes out and cold air comes in i'm sure. so i can never sit on the couch comfortably when it's blow freezing outside. i just can't wait for winter to be over already....
why isn't it closer to march yet? i really need those vacations.
